Hi, I’m Cierra

I'm a digital marketing strategist, content creator, and founder of Social Spark, a boutique agency that has helped 40+ entrepreneurs and small businesses build visibility and show up online with confidence. I believe emerging technology should feel empowering, not overwhelming, and I've made it my mission to bridge that gap for brands at every stage of growth.

Social Spark began with me helping my parents market their businesses and grew into a full boutique agency serving 40+ businesses across the country. I founded it because I believed small businesses deserved better than wasted money, cookie cutter content, & guessing.

➚ See What We Do

There’s something special about building a business in the community you grew up in. We’re grateful for the connections, conversations and opportunities this past year has brought, and we look forward to another year of being part of the Plant City Chamber of Commerce ✨🤝

Plant City is home, and always will be! 🍓

Meet Makenna! This past summer, she joined Social Spark as a Content Coordinator Intern 📸 Her strong photography experience brings a new perspective to our clients’ monthly content shoots and corporate events. She’s shown initiative by taking on additional responsibilities, including video editing for Chewy’s Lounge and Puce Bakery, adding her creative touch to our clients’ brands.

We’re proud to be part of her next chapter as a creative! 🩵

We’re excited to officially welcome CarDi Automotive to Social Spark 🚗

This partnership will be fully hands-on, with our team supporting their social media through monthly content production, strategy, posting, graphics, community management, and ongoing growth support across their platforms.

We’ll be spending time on-site each month capturing the people, services, and day-to-day work behind both the repair side of the business, then turning that into consistent content that helps build trust and strengthen their presence online.

We’re excited to get started and help CarDi 🔧

On-site with the TGG crew! 🏡📸

We captured a new gutter install, then got the crew in front of the camera for a few fun Reels. We’re excited to wrap up editing and share the final content on their pages throughout October 🍂

A sweet and spicy welcome to Unique Eatz! 🌶️🧅✨

This Tampa-based business brings bold flavor to the table with Mr. Jalep’s gourmet candied jalapeños, candied onions, glazes, and Miss Piggies candied bacon rub. Their small-batch products feature locally sourced produce and are sold in local stores throughout Hillsborough, Polk, and Pasco counties.

We’re excited to welcome them through our Social Media Support Package, helping their team share the content they create and keep more people connected with their products. Thank you, Unique Eatz, for trusting Social Spark! 🩵

Meet Ella! 🌟 This past summer, she joined Social Spark as a social media management intern, supporting, our founder/owner, Cierra, behind-the-scenes with our client accounts. She has the opportunity to try new marketing tasks, shadow client meetings, and strengthen her skills each week. Recently, she's taken on more graphic design tasks, creating social media posts for a few client accounts and has been killing it!

Thank you, Ella, for all of your hard work!

Today, we’re at the office. Tomorrow, we’re at a job site 🎥

Our retainer clients get flexible, content, sessions, tailored to their business and industry because things change week to week, and their content should be able to change with them.

We don’t believe in putting unnecessary limitations on creativity so we go where the story is!

It’s always a great content day with the TGG team! 🩵

After covering several warehouse events, team celebrations and corporate gatherings, the staff recognizes us, the warehouse team knows us and everyone is becoming more comfortable in front of our cameras 📸 ✨ That familiarity makes such a difference! We’re able to capture more natural moments because their team knows exactly what to expect when Social Spark arrives.

Our event photography also gives their internal team the freedom to focus on executing the event, supporting their employees and creating the right atmosphere without stopping to document everything themselves.

We’re proud to help them preserve these moments and build a growing library of professional content!
